Webley RIC No 1 .442 .T.P.F (Toronto Police Force) T.P.F No 425. Bore is mirror bright. Action works perfectly. Revolver has approximately 80% bright original blue. Grips are excellent. Barrel length 3 ½”. Note: Bruce and Reinharts Book Webley Revolvers states on page 67 that 36 revolvers were ordered by the Toronto Police Force on April 14, 1913 and were numbered 461 to 496. This revolver is numbered 425 possibly the first.
