REMINGTON ARMS CO. NEW MODEL 1889 10GA. 30" SIDE BY SIDE SHOTGUN (ANTIQUE-PRE 1898). Serial number "34,8XX". Grade 1 with traces of original case colors on sideplates and original blue(now fading) on frame and barrel. Original screws unturned. Repair to wrist(pinned) hairline left of lever(professionally done). All wood original with good checkering (never touched up) with hairline lengthwise in forend near tip not a factor. Lifters(extractors). Tight on face. Some pits in bore of fluid steel barrels but bright otherwise. 14 1/4" LOP over original Remington hard rubber buttplate with no losses(often cracked or chipped). Hammers beautful and indicative of these Model 1889(low profile). 30" barrels are choked Mod and Imod/full.
