PRICE REDUCED Sig Sauer commissioned GSG (German Sports Guns) to develop a .22 caliber pistol based off the design of John Moses Browning’s 1911 .45 ACP. In 2011, Sig marketed the development under their name to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the 1911 .45 ACP in the .22 caliber configuration. It was available at that time in blue, olive drab green and desert tan. The wood grips are checkered with “US” engraved in the grips on each side. Pistol has had less than 100 rounds fired and is in great condition. Sig no longer offers this pistol and most GSG retailers are listing the pistol as “out of stock” or “unavailable”. The pistol is the desert tan version and comes with 2 ten round magazines, 2 additional front sight pins for elevation adjustment, wrench for end of barrel, 90 degree brush, allen wrenches, safety cable, original plastic box and complete manual. The asking price is $530 including FedEx shipping to FFl, except to AK or HI.
