Description:
This original Haiman sword has a guard and grip we have not seen on one of these swords. The brass has many flaws you would expect from a Confederate manufacture process. This is a mystery to us as it appears to have been together for a long time.

Condition-- Scabbard is longer than should be for this blade. Brass hilt and guard retain a good age patina. The blade is lightly pitted and is a very dark patina. The scabbard shows a dark patina with several dents.
