<<<SOLD>>>>A STOUT , well make , quality Dog-Lock flintlock blunderbuss. The Dog-Lock was ealiest than the flintlock and made right after the fire-lock. This style of fire arm was commonly made about 1690 to 1740 and after.Measures about 34" overall. The octagonal into round barrel is about 18" long, and all metal parts are in the white as issued and will turn brown with handling. The gun was test fired and the smooth bore is very good. Looks about new, unfired,and the harwood srock has nice grain and no wear. Comes with an oak ram-rod and steel button tip.Fit and finish is very good quality.When buying a gun always have it examined by a competent gunsmith before shooting.
