.40x1 7/8 (.40-50) caliber, #20626, 26 inch barrel, blue and case color finish, correct vernier, barrel and front sights, Sharps hard rubber butt plate, circa 1880.
About 150 of these short range rifles were manufactured.
Condition:excellent bright bore, 95% barrel blue, 90% case color on receiver and lever fading, wood is excellent with sharp checkering and small hair line crack on right side of wrist, excellent mechanically, excellent marks.
