Description:
Special order 24 inch round barrel chambered in 44 WCF and a button magazine. Original sights include a German silver blade front and sporting rear. Action functions like new. Mint bore. Wood retains most all original varnish with just a few light pressure marks on the stock and some light wear at the carry point of the forearm. Rifle style buttplate. Barrel retains about 95% original blue with a couple of spots turning plum/brown. Receiver also retains most all the original blue with just a few very light scratches. Excellent dark case colors on the hammer and lever. Correct original dust cover. Would be hard to find one in better shape. Complete with Factory Letter. A real time capsule from 1884!
