Description:
A. H. Fox Skeet & Upland Model with straight English grip in 95% original condition and 16 ga 28" barrels bored 15 & 30 thousandths (Mod. & Full). This is an extremely rare model. So much so that I will quote from the Blue Book of Gun Values: "This model is very scarce (only several are known) and the extreme rarity factor precludes accurate price evaluation". It retains 85% bright case colors, 95% barrel blue, !00 % blue on the trigger guard, 98% original varnish with only the minor handling marks, and perfect checkering. Probably made in 1939 (SN 376470). Dimensions: LOP – 14 ½” over a ¾” pad, DC – 1 ½”, & DH – 2 ½”. A better example would be almost impossible to find. A rare find for the advanced fox collector or the guy who wants to shoot something real nice that no one else has. Reduced from $3000.
