Description:
***SOLD*** ~Browning A5 12ga semi automatic shotgun, dated to 1941. This version of the Browning A5 was manufactured by Remington between 1940 and 1946, and are easily identified by the A, B or C serial number prefix located on the left side of the reciever. The shotgun is virtually identical to the Remington Model 11 (and A5), but with Browning brand marks and engraving. The shotgun is in great working order with a smooth action and good trigger, with some minor blemishes and finish wear on the wood and metal parts that are visible in our photos. A very small dent is present on the barrel, that just barely includes into the bore. This should be easily repaired, and will likely have no effect on performace. An FN horn buttplate is installed and fits well, however we are unsure if this is original to the gun. The shotguns bore is smooth, with a few very small areas of what appears to be stubborn fouling. Please refer to the photos to further assess the condition of the shotgun. 13.25" LOP, IC choke.
