Description:
Fine early L.C. Smith made in 1897 with 30" Sir Joseph Whitworth Fluid Steel barrels, splinter forend which is fully checkered, straight grip buttstock with original buttplate, double triggers, and auto ejectors.  Beautifully engraved in early Pigeon Grade pattern with large pigeon engraved on rib extension as well.  This is easily the nicest Pigeon Grade gun I have offered for sale in recent memory.

The gun remains in fine all original condition with about 85% toned original blue, 95% wood finish, and about 1/2 of the original case color remaining.  The buttplate is crisp.  Bores are bright and shiny, and mechanics are fine.

This gun is priced at $5000 plus shipping direct to your door.  Please dont hesitate to contact me at (704) 280-2382 or via PM on this site with any questions.
