SCARCE SPRINGFIELD U.S. MODEL 1903 MARK 1 .30-06 CAL. RIFLE DATED JAN. 1921. Receiver ported for use with the Pedersen Device. Original missing parts. Serial number in the correct 1,189,xxx range with matching barrel date stamping “S A/ORDNANCE BOMB/1-21”. Original front and rear sights. Matching bolt. Missing handguard, forend hardware, butt plate and rear swivel. Two tap holes added for receiver sight. Excellent with nearly all the Parkerizing. Stock with the original finish and visible encircled “P” proof behind trigger guard. Perfect working order and excellent, bright bore.
