Description:
Fantastic Winchester 70 in scarce .22 Hornet. Among the very best I have had. S/N 171*** with matching scribed bolt made in 1950. Virtually new throughout showing 99% Blue, 98%+ Varnish with just a few minor marks. The internals are absolutely spotless. Barrel is 24" with an excellent bore. All unique hornet parts are correct and the floor plate is correctly stamped with an "H". I have personally verified that this chamber has not been reamed to a K hornet nor any other caliber. You won't find one any better than this!
