Description:
Manufactured in 1963, the first year for the 284 caliber. Streamline rifle with a solid frame, very accurate three lug rotating bolt, side ejection, one piece hand checkered pistol grip walnut stock. Black plastic butt plate ,hooded front sight, adjustable folding rear sight. 3 plus 1 detachable magazine. Barrel is 22" long. very smooth action with factory drilled sight and scope mount hole with plugs. Only 2925 284"s were made in 1963 out of a total of 35,330.
