***SOLD*** Remington Model 740 Woodsmaster .30-06 Springfield semi automatic rifle, dated to the 1960s. This rifle features the classic Woodsmaster rotating-bolt semi automatic design that many deer hunters know and love, with solid walnut furniture and a comfortable finger grooved forend, and a rich blued finish on the barrel and receiver. The rear sight has been converted into a dovetail insert, and a Bushnell Sportview has been fitted to the receiver. The rifle is in great shape with some minor finish wear and small dings from storage and handling, as shown in the photos. The action is smooth and solid, and the bore looks great. Please refer to the photos prior to purchase. A great classic deer rifle, ready for years of service!
