.30-40 Gov, #279251, 22 inch barrel, blue finish, full military style stock, original sights, muzzle turned down to accept bayonet, circa 1900
4000 converted Krag carbines were ordered by the Philippine government during the Philippine Insurection.
Condition: rifling is worn with scattered pin prick oxidation, bolt is silver, barrel retains 50% blue, receiver and magazine retain 80%, wood is excellent, excellent mechanically, excellent marks.
