Description:
High condition Ithaca NID in 16 Gauge. Metal retains 98% Original Blue and 90+% Original Case Colors. Wood retains 90% original finish with some marks on the right side of the Buttstoclk ( Pictured ) and a Beavertail Forend. Double Triggers and Auto Ejectors. Real late gun serial # 4695xx (1948, Last year of Production ). Believe this is a parts clean-up gun with such a late serial number. Beavertail is Ithaca but different than the earlier NID's. The 30" Barrels are interesting on a 16 Gauge. Don't see many of these. No markings on the barrels as we normally see on the NID's. This also makes us feel this is a parts cleanup gun. Excellent Bores. Nice Gun.
