ARGENTINE DWM MAUSER MODEL 1909 1ST TYPE BOLT ACTION 7.65x53 CAVALRY CARBINE. Serial numbers match on all appropriate parts except stock which is of the period but with different prefixed number. 22" barrel with excellent crisp rifling. Stock has a small hairline in top handguard near sight and same near muzzle but do NOT go all the way through. DWM/Berlin address on receiver and crisp along with Arg. Crest. Correct "Cap" and "Anchor" acceptance stamps on various parts. Side sling swivels. Original arsenal blue just beginning to fade to patina. Excellent screws. Functions perfectly as German DWM contract made and later copy rifle made in Argentina. No import marks but caliber marking on barrel near muzzle. Great shooters.
