Very nice old cowboy single action in overall very good condition. SN 288170. It has a bright bore with strong rifling and an excellent cylinder. The cylinder is not numbered. Cocks and locks and fires just like it is supposed too. 4 3/4" barrel. Traces of case color in protected areas. Frame, triggerguard and backstrap all matching numbers. Left grip panel has what looks like 2252 scratched inside. Th is will be a fantastic old west shooter that will likely have no problem being shot recreationally for many years, until you decide to clean it and retire it. It is a little muzzle heavy because of the smaller caliber. It is what it is, an old cowboy gun that was built in 1907. It would be very interesting to letter it and find out what part of town it spent most of its life in. $35 shipping to the lower 48, 3% surcharge for using a CC.
