This Inland Carbine cal .30 was mg abt 11/44. It was the 4th block of mfg in the period of 8/44 - 11/44 w/a Barrel date of "10-44" and says "Inland Mfg Div - General Mtrs".
The Serial No is 62627XXX. The gun metal is a parkerizod very light olive tone and consistant throughout. The action is excellent. and the bore measures "1/2 (Excellent) w/a nice smooth visible twist and is a mirror. The buttstock is average w/some handling marks on either side of the bolt area by and fwd of the chamber.. There are no visible cracks or repairs. The hanguard is T3 w/4 - holes and has "IO" on the underside. It is very good, The finish is smooth and shows a consistant color match overal..
The sling , oiler and magazine are for presentation only and not included w/tths Inland.

This Inland would to memake an Excellent Choice for some who wants a WW II Inland w//correct atype parts and a possiblr collectible. it wouls also make an
excellent shooter..
