Description:
This is a partial (49 rounds) box of .38 Colt Special manufactured by the U.S. Cartridge Co. in New York. This is an early/mid-1930's box and is the last labeling for this cartridge and for the company as well which ended in 1937. The box is in very good condition with excellent but incorrect graphics showing a round-nose bullet instead of the correct flat-nose load, edge wear and repairable seam separation that is just starting on the corners. A seldom encountered caliber with original, correct cartridges that are in excellent condition.
