This Colt Single Action Army Artillery Model is a bit scarcer then you’ll normally find. This example on the frame shows a “W” for the extremely rare and sought after Wheeler sub inspector and bears the serial number 36988. The trigger guard has the serial number 115975. The serial number on the backstrap is a bit hard to read but bears a number in the 116,000 range. This example shows very nice frame markings. Mechanically very good with a tight lock up. The grip is good condition. I have not checked what number the barrel is. Overall a nice Artillery with a rare frame inspector! Shipping is $25 plus actual insurance! Insurance amount can be chosen by the buyer. Thanks!
