This gun is represented to be unfired from the folks we got it from and there is no evidence of fireing. It is in the corect box with the orig. waxed paper and cleaning kit and all papers. There is no vis (to us) drag marks or halding marks. The box is also excellent with just a little edge wear. If you need a collector grade 36-1 this would be your gun. 3" barrel
