Very High condition,1945 vintage Service Model Ace. U. S contract pistol designed as a low cost training pistol during WWII. Clear proofs and lettering, inspector initials G.H.D under the trigger on the left for Col Guy Drewey. Reinforced plastic grip panels, parkerized finish shows few scratches and only slight edge wear. Appears functional, tight fit and offers a very good bore. .22 Long Rifle
