WW2 EARLY SPRINGFIELD U.S. M1 OR M-1 GARAND .30-06 CAL. RIFLE CA. 1941. Serial numbered in the 231,xxx range produced in May, 1941 just 6 months before Pearl Harbor. Rebuild with 1963 dated Springfield barrel using all mixed number original parts. Barrel with importer stamp. Very good overall with nice matching finish wood and all the parkerized finish on the metal. Tight working order and good bore.
