Description:
A beautifully restored Winchester Model#12. Masterfully done, full coverage deep embellishment engraving. This gun has been shot very little since its older restoration. Jeweled breech bolt & underside carrier have light oil blemishes and light use marks. I've taken this gun to the range twice. Everything works as it should. Really a work of art. This is a take down Model that brakes apart and reassembles perfectly.
Model 12 was designed by TC Johnson of Winchester with a little help from a pump design by John Browning.
The Model 12 has been used in some variation by hunters and sportsman from around the world from1912 to the present. Variations have also been used by the US Army, Navy & Marines. It has seen service in WW1, WW2, Korea and Vietnam. Keep it in your gun safe as I have for 20 some years or take it out and use it.
