Description:
This Winchester Model 18994 Rifle, take-down, in .30 W.C.F., is a literal piece of Winchester history. Manufactured around 1899, it is a 26" Octagon barrel, with a plain trigger, plain, pistol grip stock with checkered take-down. According to the Winchester letter, it was received in the warehouse on May 12, 1899, and shipped from the warehouse on May 13, 1899. There are some slight handling marks on the receiver, in overall 85% condition, which is not bad for a gun that is 121 years old or so. Dimensions are as follows: BBL: 26" octagon, WT: 8 LB 6 OZ, 12 3/4" L.O.P.
