Description:
From a mid-west estate sale, a S&W model 17-3 22 cal. I bought this gun as unfired but after close inspection it is obvious it has been fired however it appears to have been shot very little and has been well maintained (see photos). The blue metal finish is in excellent condition with no scratches, dings or damage with the exception of a light drag line around the cylinder and a small amount of muzzle wear (see photos). The pistol functions perfectly, the cylinder turns freely and locks up tight, the hammer spring is strong and the trigger works on both single and double action. The bore of the pistol is excellent and it comes with a set of Pachmayer target grips. At the sale they said this was a target gun due to the color case hardened hammer and trigger (see photos). This pistol has obviously been used, but the previous owner maintained and cared for it like the fine target pistol it is, therefore I am offering this pistol with a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
