Thompson 1927A-1 "Deluxe Semi-Auto" in .45acp produced by Auto-Ordnance and Kahr Arms in Worcester, MA are faithful semi-auto firing replicas of the famous "Chicago Typewriter"; with all the classic details of the time honored original are reproduced in today's semi-auto Thompson. The frame and receiver are machined from solid steel. The wood is genuine American walnut. This .45 caliber carbine features a 16 1/2" finned barrel, with a pinned compensator to meet the legal 18 inch requirement under BATF regulation. This 1927A1 is like new unfired in the original violin case and comes with both 1 20-round stick magazine and 1 50-round drum magazine.
