This rifle was made in Cody, Wyoming by the Ballard Rifle & Cartridge Co., LLC. It is in excellent condition, it was made in 2000 or 2001, based on the serial number (W-199). There are no dinks or scratches on this firearm and it comes with a J. UNERTL 20X target scope with very good clarity, all adjustments are freeturning the croshairs are fine, but easily seen, it is chambered in 25-20 with a #3 barrel
