Description:
Stevens Pocket Rifle in 22 LR and has a 15 inch barrel. Can be documented prior to 1899 by the Belgium Black Powder Proof that was used prior to 1893 which is on the barrel and the shoulder stock. All numbers match to include the stock. There are no exact production/serial number information for this model or variation. It has a globe front sight with a ball and pin post and a blade on the top of the globe, The rear sight has both a peep and open sight the can be used as either a peep sight or open sight. The nickel finish is about 80%. The blue is strong on the barrel with some edge wear and strong on the trigger and hammer. Locks up tight as new. The bore is good with some oxidation. Antique, no paperwork required.
