Description:
Ruger GP-100, satin stainless steel, .357 magnum, double-action revolver, with 4-inch heavy barrel, fluted cylinder, original Hogue rubber grips, open adjustable fiber-optic rear sight and a fix fiber-optic front sight, both very bright (see photos)..  The overall length of the gun is 9.75 inches.  Height is 6 inches.  Unloaded weight is 39.4 ounces.  There are no box, papers, or accessories with this revolver.  Year of manufacture is 1989.

The overall condition of the gun itself is 99+ percent.  However, the thumb groove on the left grip panel was ground down by the previous owner to fit his grip.  Other than this modification to the grip, a light cylinder-lock ring, and a tiny amount of scuffing on the outside of one of the chambers (not noticeable except in good lighting and at the right angle) and on the left side of the muzzle, the exterior of the gun is without blemish.   The gun has obviously been fired as indicated by a small amount of carbon stain on the front of the cylinder.  However, the light cylinder-lock ring indicates a low number of rounds fired through this gun.

The photos are high resolution, so zoom to see details.  Contact me for additional photos of any area you would like to see or see better.

The buyer pays USPS Priority mail ($25) and actual insurance cost ($10.95), if insurance is desired.

The fastest way to get the gun is to pay with a USPS (U.S. Postal Service) money order, as it is like cash, and I don’t have to wait for it to clear.  However, I will accept a personal check or another type money order, but I will hold the gun until it clears my bank.  Check or money orders must be made out to Jerry Pownall.

The process to purchase this gun is as follows:
- Contact me via email so I can make the gun inactive on GunsInternational and send you my mailing address.
- Send payment – $650 (sales price) + $25 (USPS Priority mail) + $10.95 (insurance) = $685.95.  If you do not want insurance, deduct $10.95.
- Have your federal firearms license (FFL) holder send me a copy of his FFL via email at barboursvillearmsembarqmail.
- Once I receive the FFL and cleared payment from you, I will ship the gun to the FFL holder.
