Abbiatico & Salvinelli Sovereign over/under sidelock ejector. Lightweight 12 ga., 2-3/4" chamber, two sets of 27" demi-block barrels each complete with individual forends with gold numeral "I" and "II". This extraordinary example features Fabbri-style torque-screw detachable pinless locks. Gamescenes engraved by Tomasoni and the finest scroll by Dassa. The barrels with Boss-style engraved quarter ribs, barrel set "I" choked .008/.002, barrel set "II" choked .031/.019. The highly marbled straight hand stock measures 1-7/16" comb, 2-1/16" heel, from the articulated front trigger 14-3/8" over a checkered butt, manual safety. A remarkable low profile over/under weighing a mere 6 lbs., 10 oz. reminds one of a pre-war best game gun. Leather motor case with maker's label.
