Description:
An exceptionally nice original Winchester Model 54 Rifle in 270 WCF CALIBER. Rifle retains approximately 95% original brght blue. Wood is very good with most of the original finish. No alterations - something rarely seen in these early Winchester bolt action rifles. Many of these rifles were altered for scope mounts as time went on. A nice collectable example in one of the most iconic of Winchesters calibers with a most unique serial number:"6009". Reads the same forward, backward and up-side-down - if you want to stand on your head and look at it!
