This is a S&W model 14-3 revolver in .38 S&W special, The wood grips are as new looking. The blue barrel has some blue wear but is still very nice. The blue frame has spotting and may have been wet at one time and there is some surface pitting. If you are in the market for a home protection revolver this would be a great choice. .38 Special
