Description:
1955 Nearly new 16gax222 O/U combo with European rotary mounted Weaver scope. 23.5" barrels, 14" LOP. This gun was imported by Flaigg's sports shop of Pittsburgh in the 1955. Notice the American game animals motif in the engraving. It is not often that you see a wild Turkey depicted on a continental firearm. The gun must have been in a case for its entire life because there are literally no closet marks on the gun. Bores perfect and the 222 rifle barrel is extremely accurate. You will not find a finer conditioned original finished gun than this one. I can only imagine what the replacement cost would be to have one made to match it today. Rifle sling is not included.
