Description:
This is an excellent condition model 870 from 1974. It has a 28" MOD barrel with a vent rib, and a 20" SLUG barrel with a smooth bore. Bores are bright in both barrels, with their original finish, and no damage. This gun was built in 1974, the last year for the chrome shell lifter, before the production change to a black lifter in 1975. The walnut stocks retain their original finish, that is in great shape, with the addition of a sling lug, but no cracks or repairs. The metal finish is real nice as well, with only a couple small smudges on the receiver, otherwise 95% overall. The slug barrel is made by Remington with the ramp sight arrangement, and a smooth (non rifled) bore. $575 includes shipping and insurance.
