Savage model 99EG in 250-3000 Savage.Built in 1952,this rifle retains 98% of the original blue and wood finish.The wood is sound with no cracks or damage.The 24" barrel has a mint bore.Features include a lever safety,cartridge counter,hand checkered walnut stock and forend,case colored lever,original sights,and the factory steel buttplate. The rifle has been aftermarket drilled and tapped and a Redfield 2x7 scope installed.This is a great conditon rifle in a very desireable caliber ready to take to the field.A great rifle for deer,antelope,or varmints.C&R eligible.
