Savage model 99F featherweight in 300 Savage.Built in 1956,this rifle is in excellent condition.It retains 95% of the original blue.The stock and forend are sound with no cracks and retain 95% of the original finish.The 22" light contour barrel has a mont bore.Other features include a lever safety,cartridge counter,factory drilled and tapped for a scope and peep sight,hand checkered walnut stock and forend,and factory steel buttplate.The rifle has a period correct Redfield 3x9 scope installed.The rear sight has been removed to accomodate the scope installation.A great all around big game rifle.C&R eligible.
