Firearms Unlimited LLC is proud to offer this simply amazing 1971 Colt Python chambered in .357mag and fitted with a 4in barrel! This Python wears its original Colt Royal Blue finish and still has its original box, manual, and sight tool! This is a former State Trooper issued pistol as shown in the included original transfer documents! It was transferred from the Connecticut State Trooper to another CST in 1974! And was used by the latter Trooper for a few years before being retired. Condition is stunning, this was a service revolver but it remains in near mint condition as shown in the photos. There is some slight holster wear in exposed areas, and a slight turn line, but the gun is mechanically sounds and locks up like a Python is expected to! Bore is bright and clean, and chambers are clean and smooth. With the provenance this gun carries, as well as having all of its original accessories it is a collectors DREAM! With values rising on Colt snake guns every year, this represents a blue chip investment!
