Description:
Nice MOD 1892 in a very desirable caliber 44 WCF or 44-40. The barrel and mag tube retains 85% plus original Winchester blue with a good bore and original sights. Receiver retains 75% - plus original blue with the loss being carring wear on the belly and normal edge wear. Good fire blue loading gate, and "Exceptional" case coloring on the lever. Fine wood with normal handling impressions associdated with a 114 year old rifle. Wood reatins all of it's original varnish. A really nice honest 1892 in a great caliber. MFG 1906
