Description:
This Winchester remains in overall very good condition. Wood is solid with no cracks or splits only a few light use marks. Metal is good also showing light wear with much wear to receiver stamp. Bore is excellent! Gun is complete with a green canvas sling with"51" painted in bright yellow with cleaning kit inside trap door compartment. Springfield Armory barrel is dated "5-66". Circle "P" cartouche and small crossed cannons on pistol grip. "S.A." over "N.F.R." (Springfield Armory / Norman F. Ramsey) with large "Crossed Canons". Neat old military gun! .30-06 Springfield
