Description:
This is a very scarce Winchester Model 70 Mannlicher rifle in 308 Winchester. It is absolutely new in original box, with swivels, never attached sights and all paper work and packing materials, just the way it left Winchester. Bolt has never been unwrapped since leaving factory. These were only manufactured from 1969 until 1971, and the 308 is the rarest of the 4 chamberings, with only about 300 ever manufactured. It has a 19" barrel with full length Mannlicher style stock. Rifle still has the original rust preventative on metal and has only been out of box once and that was for pictures. I did not bother unwrapping the bolt since it is as it left Winchester in its own holder in box. This is a rare opportunity to purchase a very scarce rifle, and absolutely new. Box is in great shape also, as is all paperwork that came with rifle new. Shipping/insurance will be actual UPS cost to your FFL. U.S. Sales only and regrettably, no sales to CA.
