,44, #156346, 30 Inch barrel, blue and case color finish, pistol grip checkered walnut stock, checkered walnut forearm, original barrel and front sights, tang sight, steel butt plate, Sharps letter,1876.
Letter stipulates .40 cal but numbered barrel clearly marked .44 caliber.
Condition: excellent bright bore, 95% barrel blue, 70% case colors turning mottled dark, excellent wood, extra holes in tang under sight, excellent mechanically, excellent marks.
