"Colt Police Positive .38 S&W caliber revolver. Manufactured in 1930. .38 S&W caliber 4� barrel marked RY.EX.AGY (Railway Express Agency) on backstrap. This revolver shows actual use by the owner or Agent�. Gun has approximately 80% original blue. Grips show wear. This was used on a long term regular basis. There are guns that show wear, dings, and dents from abuse. This being a Railway Express Agents revolver shows daily use rather than abuse.
