"U.S. Springfield Model 1879 Trapdoor .45-70 Carbine. Great looking Springfield 1879 Carbine. Stock is in great condition. Shows handling wear. Barrel and lock have about 95% restored bluing. Bore is good with strong rifling, does have some areas of pitting. Overall very good looking carbine!
