"German Percussion Double Barrel .60 Caliber pistol. Barrel length 8 ¼". Overall length 15 ½". Both locks are equipped with manual safety blocks Forend tip of stock and ramrod are honey color horn. Stock furniture is engraved brass. Barrel has 98-99% original blue. The locks, breech plug and tang are case colored. Stock is very good plus to excellent, with excellent checkering and has almost all of the original varnish. This pistol is made very much like a Howdah pistol. We feel the pistol is German but has no markers name or proofs so it may be Czech made. This is a well-made quality pistol.
