Description:
***SOLD*** Springfield Armory M1 Garand .30-06 Springfield semi automatic US service rifle, dated to 1955 via the serial number. This rifle features the iconic M1 Garand action system, with a parkerized finish and hardwood furniture. The components are mostly Springfield Armory, with a 1950 date on the barrel, however the trigger assembly apepars to be International Harvester. The rifle is in great overall condition, with some signs of light use, but appears to have been well cared for. The muzzle and the throat measure a "3" on our Brownells M1 Garand bore gauge, indication that there is some wear, but plenty of accurate life left in the barrel.
