Description:
This Imperial Battle Flag measures 58 Inches long by 35 Inches Wide. It has the arsenal stamp on the flag support frame with the brass eye holes. The stamp is near the top eye hole. This flag has been flown and shows water stains. The fabric is light and is made from a silk base. There is no tears, tatters or repairs on this flag. The colors are strong and bright. This flag has been stored in a ceder wood chest all of these years. It has been rolled up and not folded. This was a bring home from my Dad from the Geat War. This would make a great display item if framed! I cannot believe there is many original German Imperial battle flags still surviving today!
