"Marlin Model 1881 .40-60 Marlin caliber rifle. Barrel length 26". Bore is perfect action works perfectly and smoothly. This is a large frame 2nd variation. This rifle is in outstanding condition for a model 1881. The rifle has approximately 97-98% bright original blue. The stocks are excellent with 95-97% original varnish. No chips or cracks, just a very few handling marks. Full octagon, half magazine configuration. This is a beautiful 1881!
