The Winchester Model 94 Lone Star Commemorative Carbine (20 inch barrel) and Rifle (26 inch barrel) were made in 1970, with 38,385 manufactured between the two. This Winchester Lone Star Carbine is fitted with a 20 inch half round/half octagon barrel, full length tube magazine tube, receiver mounted saddle ring, walnut pistol grip stock with steel grip cap and cresent butt-plate, walnut forearm with brass forend cap, blue finshed barrel and magazine tube, gold finished receiver, lever, butt-plate, and magazine tube cap, a brass Lone Star Commemorative medallion inlayed into the stock, and chambered in 30-30. The gun is in excellent condition, not sure it has been shot, but there are assorted minor handling marks on the stock, minor surface scratches on the receiver, and some gold finish worn of on the lever (near the attachment point). The bore looks like new and the action functions the same. Sorry, no box or paper-work. A good looking Winchester Commemorative, love that half round/half octagon barrel.
